Join Lisa for a magical evening of deep relaxation and healing on Saturday, January 17th at 5 PM
We will take the first few minutes to stretch and relax before the crystal bowl meditation begin to allow the body to release tension for a more peaceful experience.
We will be immersed into an hour of crystal bowl meditation. These vibrational sounds resonate with your chakras, helping to bring your energy into balance and leave you feeling rejuvenated and renewed.
Suggested props:
- Mat to lay on
- Pillow or bolster for under the legs or head
- Blanket for warmth
- Wear comfortable clothing
