About this Event
Join us for an immersive evening of Crystal Alchemy Sound, Yin Yoga, and Ceremonial Cacao, designed to support deep rest, reflection, and seasonal transition.
This two-hour experience weaves together a slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice with live sound played throughout the arc of the class. The soundscape features a carefully curated set of 11 Crytal Tones® alchemy bowls, along with chimes, gong, and subtle supporting instruments — played live to respond to the energy of the room.
The Yin practice is intentionally paced to encourage stillness and receptivity, offering space to soften, listen inward, and attune to the qualities of early spring — a season of emergence, renewal, and gentle recalibration.
We’ll begin by sharing high-quality ceremonial cacao by ORA, traditionally used to support presence and heart-centered awareness. Our cacao will be offered as a ritual element, prepared with care and intention.
This experience is designed to be:
• slow and spacious rather than stimulating
• grounding rather than performative
• supportive of the nervous system without forcing release
No prior experience with yin yoga or sound meditation is necessary.
