What to expect:
Gentle Breath-work: Start your journey with a series of breath-work exercises in our workshop space. You'll be introduced to different embodied breathing exercises to prepare and support the upcoming cold plunge. These practices are designed to calm your nervous system, improve lung capacity, and promote a state of deep relaxation.
Cryotherapy Ice Plunge: Transition to a cryotherapy ice plunge right outside our doors, a powerful technique to reset your body. Embrace the high energy and anticipation of the plunge, supported by your peers, immersing yourself into a cold bath. Feel the rush of energy and mental clarity as you plunge in the invigorating cold, empowering experience.
Sound Meditation: Conclude the session with a soothing sound meditation. Come back into our space surrounded by candlelight, calming music. Lie back and allow the harmonious vibrations of crystal bowls and other healing instruments to wash over you. The sound bath will help release tension, balance your energy, and induce a profound sense of peace. This meditative experience integrates the benefits of the cryotherapy ice plunge and breathwork, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.
