About this Event
The evening begins with a welcome pour upon arrival, giving guests a moment to settle in and start exploring the flavors of the night. The first course begins at 7pm, after which each dish is served alongside a thoughtfully selected beer pairing.
Each course is designed with balance in mind — where grain, fire, and fermentation meet on both the plate and in the glass. From charcuterie to beer-fermented pizza, from beer-braised lamb to a dark chocolate stout finale, every pairing explores how beer can complement, contrast, and elevate a dish. including our new collabortive beer, the Baby Doll Beer
The new Baby Doll Beer, is the the Bambolina × East Regiment collaboration beer. An Italian Pilsner brewed with Bambolina’s rosso pizzas and house crust — a beer born from the very flavors it’s meant to accompany.
