Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide a creative and enriching environment through our various classes, workshops, and special events. Please review our detailed cancellation policy below, which is tailored to different event types:
Workshops, Classes, Paint & Sips, Art Camps:
Minimum Participants:
A minimum of 4 participants is required to hold a mixed media or resin/glass workshop or class. 6 participants for canvas paint nights.
Cancellation by Us:
If we do not reach this minimum, we may contact you one week in advance to encourage additional sign-ups. If the minimum is still not met 48 hours before the event, we will either transfer your registration to another class or issue a credit.
Cancellation by You:
If you need to cancel your attendance, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to receive a credit for a future class. This credit will be valid for use within the next three months. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not receive a credit. There are no refunds for any workshops.

Credits:
Event credits are issued as a coupon code to be used on future events and expire in three months from date of activation.
