These laughter sessions are crafted to help you rekindle, embolden, and maintain your ability to experience calm and joy even in the face of life's stressors.
Beyond the laughter, there will be other wonderful healing activities to explore, ensuring that by the end of this journey, you'll float home with a light heart and a refreshed spirit.
Our group activities will not take up your whole day. You will have plenty of time to make new friends as you enjoy amenities on the ship and in port.
