LISC TC's Financial Opportunity Center ® (FOC) program partners with eight metro-area community workforce organizations helping to boost residents’ financial stability through comprehensive services including employment assistance, career training, and personalized financial coaching. These efforts are vital in connecting local talent with employers, helping to fill critical labor shortages with skilled workers from within our community. All FOC programs are operated by trusted community-based agencies, that have cultural competency and have earned the trust of their neighbors. FOC partners are experienced in job placement, financial coaching and providing income support.
