Cross-government Continuous Improvement Conference 2022 (IN PERSON)

This conference will showcase how CI practice is thriving in the Public Sector. We will hear how CI Senior Sponsors are connecting across governmental Departments and how the political environment is impacting CI practitioners.

We will learn how to overcome barriers to Innovation, the importance of keeping our CI regional networks alive and gain Insights into how to incorporate Organisational Design and Development techniques into CI interventions. We will hear from academia and Dr. Sanjay Bhasin’s new book on Leadership for Operational Effectiveness and finish with an interactive discussion on how CI training fares in the virtual delivery approach. Above all, we will have the opportunity to network with old and new friends and actively participate on the topics for the day with our individual views and questions.
