In this 3-day workshop, we will be learning how to make Croissant Dough both manual-style and sheeter-style; and turn them into Butter Croissants, Bi-colored Pains au Chocolat, New York Supremes, and Croissant Tarts. Perfect for beginners and those who want to learn more than just plain croissants.
