About this Event
In this 3 hour class, we will expand on the basic croissant class by learning to make a smooth crème pâtissière (pastry cream), decadent chocolate ganache, and more techniques you can use whether you make your dough from scratch or pick some up from the grocery store! Participants will take home what they make in class—including plenty of delicious pastries. You do not have to have taken the Basic Croissants class to take this Advanced Techniques class!
