About this Event
Join us for a cozy afternoon of crochet at Saratoga Park in Brooklyn! Located at the Bed-Stuy/Bushwick borderline.
This make-along crochet picnic event is perfect for anyone who wants to slow down, make something by hand, and enjoy a nice day outside.
Come solo or bring a friend, and leave with something handmade or a work in progress!
By the end, everyone will take home:
- The pattern
- Their project or work-in-progress
- Some other goodies from Atelier Marie!
Experience Level: Experience Required (involves double crochet, increases, and borders)
Your ticket includes:
- Crochet guidance
- Project pattern
- Use of Atelier Marie's yarn & hooks (optional, you can bring your own!)
What are we making?
We will be making Wind Spinners! These are great home decor items and gifts! See the pictures for more details.
Note: You may not finish the project in one sitting. Everyone's crochet speed is different! But! You will be able to bring home a pattern with you to finish the project at home.
What should I bring?
Please bring:
- Picnic gear (blanket, chair, etc.)
- Any snacks or beverages
- Optional: Crochet materials
