CROCHET AND GIN NIGHT! This Sip & Stitch: Gin Edition is a curated craft social at Café Artemisu hosted by the Montreal Crochet & Knit Club. Expect gin cocktails and mocktails, a cozy stitch-and-chat setup, fiber art bingo with prizes, a raffle, and an optional beginner-friendly crochet mini workshop where you leave with a full coaster set and a little basket!

What to expect

If your ticket includes a welcome drink, you can choose any one drink from the curated menu based on your ticket type:

After that, you’re welcome to keep ordering from the menu throughout the event!
Optional mini workshop: Crochet Coaster Set + Mini Basket (no experience needed)
If you’ve been wanting to learn crochet, this is the easiest way to start, simple, satisfying, and fully guided. In this 1.5-hour mini workshop, you’ll learn the basics while making something you’ll actually use at home: 4 matching coasters plus a small basket to store them (or gift them in).
Beginners are genuinely welcome! This is taught step-by-step with support the whole time.

Newly opened Montreal art cafe, Café Artemisu is warm, intimate, art cafe, known for supporting community and creative forward experiences. For this event, they’re offering a curated gin cocktail and mocktail menu designed specifically for our Sip & Stitch night, perfect for a relaxed, tasting-style happy hour while you craft.
