A Day Just For YouCome and spend a nourishing day weaving together movement, creativity and connection.
We’ll begin with a gentle, soul-soothing yoga practice with Tracey, centred around the sacral chakra – the energy hub of creativity, flow and emotion. With hip-opening poses, flowing sequences and soft, water-inspired movement, we’ll invite the body to release tension and the mind to open to possibility.
After a pause for light refreshments, we’ll settle in for a cosy crochet session led by Tracey, Fran & Paula from The Crochet Coven.
Throughout, you’ll be gently guided, encouraged and celebrated – with plenty of space for tea, chat and laughter along the way.
We’ll close the day with a few restorative stretches and a mindful circle, bringing our creative energy together before heading home feeling calm, connected and inspired.
