Celebrate Spring with a FREE elevated group workout experience in partnership with [solidcore], whose mission is to challenge you to seek your strongest self, through the world's most transformative workout.
This is the [solidcore] signature workout in mat form. 30 minutes of low-impact, high-intensity strength training: the lights are low and the music is loud. Your coach will guide you through a series of slow & controlled movements that are sequenced to work your muscles to failure. This class is accessible for all fitness levels and can be amplified or modified to accommodate your individual goals.
This is more than just a workout- it’s an opportunity to connect with your community, push your limits, and experience the energy of working out together.
