We’re taking the sweat outside for a playful, high-energy fitness class designed to help you move, glow, and fully embrace that fresh-start feeling. Think sunshine on your face, music pumping, and that unbeatable post-workout endorphin rush. Consider this your official excuse to break up with winter and step into your spring era.

What to Expect:
Outdoor Workout with Taylor Merritt of
A 30–40 minute complemintary, high-energy, full-body workout blending functional strength, athletic conditioning, and feel-good movement. Designed for all levels, this class will leave you sweaty, empowered, and glowing.
