About the community screening: As cinema rooms are often not accessible to people from the disabled or neurodivergent community, we are this year holding two community screenings for our short film program ‘Crip your heart Out’ outside of the cinema rooms. One screening will be held in person at Ungdommens Demokratiehus and another one as an online watch party. The community screenings are events dedicated to the disabled/neurodivergent community as well as queers and allies where we build bridges and test accessibility. So come and join us outside of the cinema rooms to watch this exiting program together!
We will host a Q&A with Rosanagh Griffiths, director of Dope Fiend after the screening.
Audio/Visual Accessibility:
- All short films have english subtitles.
- Audio Visual descriptions will be available in English for the short film program via the app MovieReading, so make sure to download it beforehand if you want access to the audio descriptions
Physical Accessibility:
- The doors will open at 16:30 and the screening will start at 17:00.
- The location has step-free access and room for many wheelchairs
