About this Event

Crew Moves was created by Sohailla (@SohaillaMoves) a producer turned fitness coach who specializes in helping film and TV professionals build muscle, lose fat, and regain energy in 90 days.

This January, Crew Moves is leveling up with a Ninja Warrior Obstacle Workshop at JLeagues (@JLeagues) This is your ultimate fitness club and sports league where getting fit feels exciting, dynamic, and empowering. JLeagues offers passionate coaches across basketball, baseball, gymnastics, yoga, parkour, and more.

For this event, we’ll be guided by NYC SAG-AFTRA Stuntman Jose Jimenez (yes, the one whose Instagram will make you rethink gravity @watchmestunt). He’ll lead us through accessible, beginner-friendly Ninja Warrior obstacles designed to build confidence, coordination, and functional strength.

What Crew Moves Is About

Crew Moves is a monthly recreational fitness event designed for people in film, TV, and production who spend long hours on set, behind screens, or managing unpredictable schedules. These sessions are built to help you:

Move your body in new and refreshing ways
Actively recover from 12-hour days
Step away from constant screens and stress
Refill your mental and physical cup
Connect with other production pros who actually get your lifestyle (this is an accidental networking event)

We are not here to “workout harder.” We move consistently, experiencing something new, and giving your body the reset it deserves before returning to the grind.
