After 12-hour shoot days and nonstop creative deadlines, it’s time to move differently.
Join Crew Moves, a monthly recreational fitness event series designed by Sohailla Moves, a producer-turned-fitness coach for Film & TV professionals, for a hands-on Intro to Parkour experience in the heart of NYC.

This isn’t about flips or fancy tricks, we are exploring new ranges of motion, reconnecting with your body, and moving with intention. You'll challenge yourself in ways that feel playful and refreshing, not like a “workout.”

• Location: Outdoor - Riverside Parkour Park
• What to Bring: Water, light snacks, and clothes suitable for outdoor fall weather

The first 3 people to register will receive a free hand grip tool (choose from Nunchucks, T-Handles, or L-Bars) when you arrive at the event!
If you don’t attend in person, your grip tool will be passed to the next registered participant.
