This networking event will be an excellent opportunity to hear two outstanding entrepreneurs,Richella Boggan, Co-Founder, Sandown Business School, LEO Dublin City Women in Business Network Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 and Sinead Crowe, Owner, Adonis Flower Designers, LEO Dublin City Women in Business Rising Star share their stories so far and how they came to win our two Awards in 2024.
These talks will be followed by a short Creativity & Wellness workshop by Artist and Art Educator Yana Koretska. Jana will share how creativity can be a powerful tool for wellbeing, stress relief and self-expression. Through simple art-based practices, she will show how anyone — regardless of artistic background — can reconnect with their inner creativity and leave the session feeling refreshed and inspired.
Tea/coffee and sandwiches will be available before the talks and the evening will finish with networking over wine and soft drinks.

Richella Boggan, Co-Founder, Sandown Business School
Richella Boggan is a distinguished Professional coach known for her work with business leaders who value the impact of energy on success and well-being. As co-founder of Sandown Business School, she has built a dynamic community of fully accredited master coaches and leaders.
Her innovative approach to coaching, particularly through the SAS Coaching Map, integrates modern biological insights with traditional methodologies to address the evolving challenges of todays business landscape.
Richella's professional journey is marked by significant achievements in both business and academia. She has over 20 years of experience in global FMCG companies, where she held C-suite positions and gained a deep understanding of corporate dynamics. She has successfully bought and sold three companies, demonstrating her keen business acumen.
Academically, Richella is trained as an economist and has pursued advanced studies in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Nutritional Therapy and Applied Neuroscience. She is on track to begin a PhD in Neuroscience and is also a qualified Emotional Intelligence assessor. Her supervision expertise is highly sought after by top coaches globally.
Richella has fearlessly followed her heart and embraced a transformative career change. She shifted from doing what she thought she was supposed to go to pursuing what she was truly born to do.
Now armed with her wealth of experience and profound insights, Richella is dedicated to helping others achieve personal fulfilment and professional success, with a mission to train 100.000 fully accredited coaches and support business entrepreneurs.

Sinead Crowe, Owner, Adonis Flower Designers
Sinéad Crowe, owner of Adonis Flower Designers in Dublin 8, was honoured with the LEO Women in Business Rising Star Award 2024, recognising her entrepreneurial journey and fearless transformation of a struggling 30-year-old flower shop into a thriving hub of creativity, Irish craft, and community.
Taking over the business post-COVID, she rebuilt it from loss-making to profitable, bringing fresh vision, purpose, and bold rebranding. A queer, neurodivergent entrepreneur, Sinead is passionate about championing Irish makers, sustainability, and inclusivity, while inspiring others with her story of resilience, recovery, and bringing a business back to life.
Yana Koretska, Artist and Art Educator
Yana Koretska is a professional artist and art educator based in Dublin. She is the creator of the “Creativity & Wellness Training” programme, which combines artistic expression with practices for balance and wellbeing. With over 7 years of experience leading art classes, workshops and corporate trainings, Yana helps people reconnect with their creativity as a source of energy, clarity and joy.
