"Creativity and Consciousness” is an experimental workshop exploring our understanding of awareness, wakefulness, and the impact of consciousness on idea-generation and actionable steps to bring our ideas into fruition.
The workshop will start with an open discussion on the workshop’s theme, move to a vinyasa flow, and end with live music and a soundbath. Through a dynamic vinyasa flow and an immersive soundbath, participants will move between focused, intentional awareness and a more intuitive, dream-like state where insight and inspiration often emerge.
Designed for artists and non-artists alike, this workshop offers a space to reconnect with your creative self, experience deep stillness, and build community around personal and collective creative intentions.
