This is a creative writing course that is designed for adults who would like to enhance their writing skills alongside other Pasifika and Māori creatives. During two substantial workshops, learners will talanoa, play and engage in a range of guided writing activities. Supported by Samoan writer, poet and journalist Danielle Kionasina, learners will be provided with a culturally nourishing space to explore while building on their existing knowledge. With their unique identities, languages and cultures as rich foundations for writing, learners will be invited to co-create meaning within a diverse community of storytellers.
