Creative Writing for Mental Wellbeing

Come and join Wellness in Mind and acclaimed writer, performer and facilitator Ben Macpherson for a series of no-pressure guided creative workshops exploring mental health and wellbeing through the written or spoken word.

Using various themes and prompts, you will have a chance to explore ways of framing your thoughts and experiences through a creative lens.

These sessions are for anyone, with or without a mental health diagnosis, who wants to try different tools to support their mental health and relationship to their thoughts. No prior writing experience is required and there will be no pressure to share what you create.

We are running a series of 6 sessions, which can be attended individually as a standalone or as a series. These sessions are fully funded and are free for all adults living in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Refreshments will be provided!
