Reconnect with the playful wonder of your inner child in this uplifting, creative workshop. Dive into finger painting and rediscover the joy of creating without expectations. Paint first with your non-dominant hand, then your dominant hand, and finally both together—embracing the tactile, messy fun of pure expression.

Free yourself from stress and emotional blocks by channeling them into bold strokes, vibrant colors, and spontaneous mark-making. Transform barriers and tension into abstract artwork, leaving you feeling lighter and more at peace. This workshop focuses on the cathartic and freeing power of artistic expression.

Reignite your creative energy in this inspiring workshop by crafting a personal vision board. Through collage-making, you’ll design a visual representation of your inner creativity and aspirations, creating a vivid reminder of your reignited artistic potential.
The medium: Collage-making to craft a vision board of your reignited creativity.
CORE ACTIVITY (included in every workshop):
- Introduction: A chance to meet and connect with the group
- Guided meditation: To center yourself and align with the workshop’s focus
- Inner Compass cards & journaling: Reflect on what surfaces for you (optional sharing)
- Closing meditation: To ground and integrate the experience

What to Expect ?
Duration: Each workshop is 2 hours long. Please arrived 15min before the start.
Materials provided: Paints, markers, paper, and more(feel free to bring personal materials for help your creativity like collage).
What to bring ? You could take your water bottle, comfy clothes that you're not scared to get dirty and any additional art supplies you'd like to use.
Atmosphere: Tea, snacks, and soothing music for a mindful and creative experience.
Environment: A safe, welcoming space to explore art and self-expression.
