Creative Upcycling: Revamp Your Wardrobe
Join me for a fun workshop on Saturday April 25th @ Studio 41 in LIC from 1-5 pm where your old clothes will receive a fresh makeover! Bring your worn-out pieces, and I’ll show you a few ways to revamp them into stylish, unique fashionable pieces.
All materials will be provided: iron-on transfers, embellishments, and tools to help you get creative. You’ll learn how to apply designs and discover methods to express your personal style.
Fast fashion contributes significantly to waste and pollution, along with various ethical issues. Let's address this by learning how to repair and transform your clothing into unique pieces that reflect your personal style, without resorting to the cycle of buying cheap and manufactured fast fashion.
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to refresh their wardrobe sustainably or unleash their creativity. There’s a $20 fee to help cover materials.
