Within each of us, there is a thread of light — a golden weaving that connects our inner world with the wider web of life.
The Golden Thread Retreat invites you to step into that sacred weaving, to walk between worlds with the wisdom of Jaguar and Serpent as your guides.

This retreat forms part of The Mystical Path Training, but it can also be taken as a stand-alone workshop for those drawn to deepen their connection with Andean shamanic practice and personal healing.

🗓 Duration: 2.5 days (Friday 3 PM – Sunday 4:30 PM)
⏳ Schedule:

• Friday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• 3 crystals or stones to work with, or your mesa if you have one
• A cushion or anything to help you feel comfortable
• Water container
• Notebook and pen
• Something for the Altar that helps you feel empowered

Walk with Great Allies — Serpent and Jaguar to weave healing, vision, and ancestral connection into your own golden thread.

It is also an excellent taster if you are considering the Mystical Path Training.

✨After the retreat, you’ll join three online integration sessions, where you will receive the Kinsantin Karpay initiations for the Lower, Middle, and Upper Worlds.

3:00 PM - 6:30 PM | Arrival, Land Blessing & Intention Setting

• Welcoming Circle – introductions & setting intentions
• Calling in the Four Directions, focusing on the South and West (Serpent and Jaguar’s Direction)
• Ancestral Altar & Honouring Exercise. Building a collective altar for ancestors (photos, stones, flowers).
• Personal Reflection & Journaling

6:30 PM | Early Dinner & Silent Nature Walk

• Observing the land & collecting natural elements for the altar and evening ceremony

8:30 PM |Evening Ceremony – Sachamama Stick

• Each participant chooses a stick to represent the shedding of old skins.
• Tracking with the four perceptual states (Serpent, Jaguar, Hummingbird, Eagle) to see how the old story is held.

8:00 – 9:00 am Embodiment Practice – Jaguar walk, solar plexus activation, breath.
9:00 – 10:00 am Breakfast.

10:00 AM - 12:30 PM | Shamanic Journey: Meeting Jaguar in the Middle World (Kay Pacha)

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM | Creative Embodiment: Art, Movement & Expression

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM | Guided Meditation with Hatun Amaru or Serpent into the Lower World (Ukhu Pacha)

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM |Despacho/Mesa Work

• Creating a small Three Worlds despacho with flowers, seeds, and sacred materials
• Exploring and deepening your relationship with your mesa

8:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Fire Ceremony

• Shedding what no longer serves you, releasing Sachamama sticks into the fire.
• Release of roles, shadows, or patterns from the day.
• Group reflection: “What vision am I carrying forward?”

8:00 – 9:00 am Morning meditation & movement.
9:00 – 10:00 am Breakfast.

10:00 AM - 11:30 PM | Integration & Creative Expression

🎨 Guided visualization: The Golden Thread

• Adding Eagle stone to complete the Four Allies mandala.
• Group reflection on the golden thread weaving through their lives.

11:30 – 12:30 pm Creative Integration

• Continue shield/felt piece.
• Journaling & storytelling: “My mythic shield / my golden thread story.”

12:30 – 2:00 pm Lunch.

• Optional one-on-one check-ins with the facilitator

2:00 – 3:30 pm Final Sound Meditation to integrate the work we have done together.

3:30 – 4:00 pm Sharing Circle & Closing Blessing.

I am a full Mesa Carrier in the Q’ero traditions of the Andes and have been initiated as a 4th-level Priestess in the Inca mystical lineage. I recently returned from leading a retreat in Peru with Pampamesayoqs Don Agustin Machacca Flores, Don Santos Machacca Apaza, and Vilma Pinedo — a profoundly life-changing experience.
