Our Creative Color Run: A Mindful Running Experience in Milan
Looking for a creative way to stay active, meet new people in Milan, and find inspiration beyond your screen?
Join us for Our Creative Run, a unique community running experience through Sempione, designed to blend movement, mindfulness, photography, and creativity.
Inspired by the concept of a color walk, this guided run encourages participants to focus on one specific color throughout the route, discovering it in Milan’s architecture, parks, fashion, storefronts, and hidden details. By intentionally paying attention to color, you’ll experience the mental benefits of mindfulness while unlocking new creative inspiration.
This is more than a run. It’s a creative exercise, a social experience, and an opportunity to see the city from a fresh perspective.
Led by Mattia, a Milan-based designer, creative, and passionate runner, we’ll follow a thoughtfully designed 4 to 5 km route through some of Milan’s most beautiful neighborhoods. Along the way, we’ll make two curated stops to pause, observe, photograph, and appreciate the color theme of the day.
Whether you’re a creative professional, content creator, photographer, designer, entrepreneur, or simply someone looking for unique things to do in Milan, this experience is designed to help you slow down, connect, and be present.
We’ll finish in Parco Sempione where we’ll enjoy bagels with cream cheese together, connect with fellow participants, and share our favorite discoveries from the morning.

The starting location will be shared via email prior to the event. Please make sure the email connected to your Eventbrite account is correct and check your spam or promotions folder if you have not received our message.
We will also reveal the featured color of the run in this email so you can begin looking at the city through a new lens before the experience even begins.
Please note that this is a 4 to 5 km social run. While the pace will be easy and welcoming, participants should have previous running experience and be comfortable maintaining a steady pace throughout the route.
