Chill Rx
Do you want to play, but are looking for something more introverted like a craft night?
At our Chill Rx event, you will PLAY through visual arts and writing in a more relaxed, chill and introverted environment. The goal is to have something akin to a craft night, art class, or writing workshop, but with the goal to play by developing a deeper sense of authenticity and curiosity. We will work on asking your inner critic to step to the side so you can play with the arts in a more freeing and explorative way.
NO skills or talent required, but you DO need to bring a playful spirit, a desire to drop the nasty inner critic, and a growth mindset.
Things to Know:
- This is an event for 18+ only. There will be a a bit of cussing and creative unsensored things made by creative adults, so please don't expect this to be your grandmother's craft night ;)
- Wear comfortable clothing and keep in mind there might be acrylic paint present (and no, it doesn't come out of clothes easily).
- No food or drinks are provided, so it's recommended to BRING water and eat beforehand. Alchohol, outside food, and weapons are STRICTLY prohibited.
- Please show up on time!!!
