Need a creative boost? Let’s talk about it! Join us for a Creative Play Day at Ampersand Studios, where we’ll dive into Creative Burnout: Strategies for Daily Creativity—a conversation about staying inspired, avoiding burnout, and creating in a way that feels good.

Afterward, we’ll head to Edgehill Village for lunch, then spend the rest of the day co-working in this beautiful creative space. Use the time however you need—meet with clients, work on a project, or just soak in the energy of a supportive creative community. Want to book the photography studio or podcasting rooms? They're available for an extra fee!

Registration is limited to 15 attendees, and this event is expected to fill quickly. The cost of lunch is not included.

Known for her vibrant energy and passion for creativity, Beth brings artists and makers together to inspire collaboration, share resources, and celebrate artistic expression. As a visionary leader, she has cultivated a space where creativity thrives, helping others harness their creative power to foster connection, growth, and joy. Beth’s work bridges art, emotional well-being, and leadership making her a driving force in Nashville’s creative scene.

Ampersand Studios is the next generation of flexible workspace environments, existing to inspire and support creative people. It provides stunningly designed private offices and flexible workspaces, with full in-house Production & Event capabilities. Its overall strategy is focused on developing a hospitality-driven and member-centric workspace where you can House Your Creativity.
