Take a gentle creative pause designed especially for moms.
Creative Pause for Moms is a relaxed and welcoming creative gathering in Edmonton where moms can slow down, connect, and explore creativity in a calm environment.
This is not a traditional paint night or step-by-step workshop. Instead, this process-based art experience focuses on open-ended creativity, mindfulness, self-expression, and community.
Moms will doodle, sketch, outline, paint, and layer color across a large communal floral-inspired paper installation while surrounded by fresh flowers and calming creative prompts.
Babies are welcome to stay beside you in strollers, carriers, or car seats if needed, but the evening is designed with moms in mind.
