About this Event
Join me this summer during the early morning hours for an experience that blends gentle grounding practices, connection, and open creative exploration. It’s a space to step out of the busyness of daily life and into presence - with yourself, your thoughts, and the natural world around you at the start of the day.
No artistic or writing experience is needed. This is not about producing anything “perfect,” but about allowing space for whatever wants to emerge.
What to expect:
- A short grounding and mindfulness practice
- Prompts for journaling and reflection (optional)
- Creative expression (writing, sketching, etc.)
- Gentle community connection (sharing is always optional)
- Time in nature to reset and restore
What to bring:
- A journal/notebook/sketchbook
- Something to write and be creative with (pencil, pens, markers, color pencils, etc.)
- A blanket, towel, yoga mat, or portable chair
- Your favorite morning beverage
Come as you are. Leave feeling more connected, present, and creatively open.
