Explore yourself through mindful movement and dance in GRAM’s second floor galleries. Your guide, Kara McNabb, will offer prompts inspired by the art to guide your experience. Through these dance meditations, you’re invited to move in whatever way feels right for you. Whether it’s fast or slow, playful or serious, still or wild, there is no right or wrong way to move.During this session, guests will engage the theme of journeying through the seasons of life through the artwork on view in the second floor exhibition, Each Year this Blood Shall Change and Blossom: Christopher Myers on Myth and Migration.
Registration is required. No experience necessary.
