About this Event
Ladies of Little Lighthouse will join Ashli Katz as she leads The Creative Movement Method at the new Members Only Club at The Moore Miami in the Design District.
Ashli Katz will lead these dance-inspired movements to open, followed by a music-driven deep Vinyasa flow. Specially curated playlists bring Ashli's love of dance and yoga together to form a connection through movement. To gain embodiment, expect your heart rate to rise before diving deeper into your yoga practice without the expectation of knowledge of yoga principles or pose names. This is a class for all levels and experience.

This event will take place inside The Moore Miami in The Soundbar Room on the 3rd Floor.
