Welcome to another Creative Leaders Community & Connection event!
Join us for an engaging in-person gathering the Community Room at New Seasons on N. Williams, in North Portland. This event is all about bringing together creative minds to network, collaborate, and inspire one another. Spend an hour with up to fifteen creative leaders from across Portland.
Join this event and you will:
- Meet other design & creative leaders from across the city and state
- Tackle real life challenges for your work and teams
- Learn organizational skills you can apply to your daily work
For all you introverts, this is networking at its easiest... We’ll provide conversation starters, you’ll provide the conversation. The connections will flow naturally.
What will we talk about?
You'll talk about yourselves... your challenges, celebrations, interests, work, creativity.
The topic for exploration will be around celebrating and honoring your wins, succeses, and efforts from over the last 11 months. You've been through an entire year, some of it has been hard, some of it has been great. The world is in chaos right now. Let's focus in on the outcomes and experiences you want to celebrate in this moment.
We'll consider how this feels for you and how you can bring more celebration to your teams. Your people want to be recognized and see/hear their work celebrated. Let's do this for you first and then you can bring it to your teams.
Who is this for?
Whether you're a Design Director, Creative Director, or Design Executive, across any design or creative discipline - product design, graphic design, innovation, fashion, experience, etc - if you lead a team of creative thinkers and doers, this event is for you!
Design, creativity, and Innovation is at its best when diversity and inclusion are present. This group will be held as safe space for all races, gender identities, backgrounds, religions. Hate speech, bigotry, and continued micro-aggressions will not be tolerated.
