Create your own journal and learn how to build a writing practice in this two hour session.
Creative Journalling is a relaxing workshop and includes crafts, poetry, a guided meditation and writing. No materials needed, unless you want to bring your own craft things with you.
Join us for a fun and interactive workshop on creative journaling with the talented artist and creator, Sam Berry. Whether you're a seasoned journaler or just starting out, this event is perfect for anyone looking to explore their creativity through writing, drawing, and mixed media. Sam will guide you through various techniques and prompts to help you unleash your inner artist and express yourself on the pages of your journal.

About Sam
Sam is an artist and qualified Holistic Therapist with over 20 years experience. Being creative and using natural therapies together are her loves. She runs creative workshops for both adults and children in Leicestershire. Sam makes handcut collages out of old books and magazines and loves rummaging around charity shops and vintage markets looking for ideas. She has her first solo exhibition of her collages at Charnwood Arts in early 2025 and is currently designing a book of her designs and the stories that go with them. www.veryberry.uk

Parking
Parking is available in The Bell Centre Car Park and is free from 6pm. Please use the second car park entrance on St Marys Way.
Accessing The Bell Centre
Access The Bell Centre from the large green gates from the car park, opposite the Cutting Room. Once in the Bell Centre, follow the walkway to the right and you'll find us at number 14 just before the Time Out Cafe.
