Creative Journaling and Art Class (in an Art Gallery)

Creative session with Art Therapist Trinidad, who fosters understanding ourselves through art and writing.
We invite you to gather every Tuesday in a safe space with your community to create, explore and play through art.
Here you will start a new journey, where you get to connect with yourself and others using art supplies, meditation and journaling.
To be part of Creative Journaling you don't need previous experience, here we don't focus on the result, but on the experience itself to benefit from it. We invite you to run free, let your creativity take over and your mind flow without judgment so you can connect
All materials including journal books provided. You may like to bring your own personal journal if you wish.
A little bit about your Teacher:
Trini, is a Chilean Visual Artist and Art Therapist. After graduating from Art School and realising her passion for teaching and leading workshops,she has been holding creative spaces for people to connect with art, creativity and the community. Her belief is that art can help us create wellness, impacting our physical and mental health. In these workshops you're invited to explore, create, laugh and flow, without minding the final outcome, but focusing on the process and the experience itself.

This is an immersive art experience, surrounded by Art and visual instillations on the walls, in a grungy New-York style lofty gallery in the heart of St Kilda.
