About this Event
The last few years have been exciting times for Wrexham, but there's more to the city than football.
The creative industries are growing in the area, and while support has been available, it has not always been clear what the opportunities are. This event brings together some of the organisations already delivering in the wider region, and look to establish stronger links going forward.
As well as introductions, we will have 2 panel sessions:
- What has Wrexham got to offer the creative industries? What are the support and opportunities for those in the Northeast of Wales.
- Discussing Box of Frogs and the wider work of Minera Studios. What does the future hold?
Excitingly, the event will also feature an exclusive screening of Box of Frogs – a new film produced locally by Minera Studios, starring Matthew Horne, Mark Lewis Jones, Amit Shah, Rob Whitelock, Anna Chancellor and members of the Wrexham Academy of Screen Acting.
