About this Event
-Zapraszamy członków polskiej społeczności w Birmingham do udziału w poufnych, indywidualnych wywiadach (1–2–1) na temat wpływu działań kreatywnych na samopoczucie. Twoje doświadczenia pomogą nam lepiej zrozumieć potrzeby społeczności i rozwijać bardziej dopasowane wsparcie.
We are inviting members of the Polish community in Birmingham to take part in a confidential 1–2–1 interviewexploring the theme:
“The Impact of Creative Activities on Personal Wellbeing.”
This session is part of a wider project aimed at addressing health inequalities specifically affecting the Polish community. Delivered in partnership with Public Health Birmingham, it forms part of the Deep Engagement Partner (DEP) Programme, which works to reduce health disparities across the city.
Please note: this opportunity is intended for individuals who identify as part of the Polish community, so that we can better understand and respond to community-specific experiences and needs.
We warmly invite you to book a private, one-to-one interview slot to share your experiences and perspectives on creativity and wellbeing. We are interested in understanding:
- What creativity means to you
- Whether you take part in creative or cultural activities
- How creativity may affect your mood, stress levels, and overall wellbeing
- How creative activities connect to identity, culture, and community
- Any barriers that make it difficult to take part in creative activities
Your insights will help shape more culturally relevant and accessible wellbeing support for the Polish community in Birmingham.
