Creative Connections

Creative Connections is a new, free creative wellbeing programme for West Bicester residents. Led by creative wellbeing practitioner Nicolette Glashan, the workshops invite participants to get creative, connect with others, and take time for their mental wellbeing.

What to expect

• Gentle creative activities (collage, textiles, mixed media – no experience needed!)
• Space for connection and conversation
• Tools to support confidence, wellbeing, and resilience
• Small, friendly group sessions

A Community Celebration!

We’ll finish with a community showcase event, celebrating the artwork and stories created by participants. A chance to share, reflect, and feel proud of what’s been made together.
