About this Event
Join us at Atlanta Humane Society - Roswell for a fun, creative wine glass painting workshop led by locat artist Tyler Williams! Guests will paint two glasses—one featuring a custom pet portrait and one free-paint design. All materials are provided, and participants will leave with two finished glasses, plus instructions to bake them at home for a food-grade finish. Enjoy complimentary wine from our partners at Rescue Dog Wine while you create.
After ticket purchase, participants will receive an email with instructions on how to submit a photo of their pet as a reference for the artist, who will pre-sketch each pet on a glass, to assist with beginning the painting day-of!
A statement from the artist:
I focus on implied emotions and visual representation through portrait work and the study of human figure and form. Charcoal is known for its loose and flowing form and for its overall moody nature and is what really drives the emotion along with the facial expressions of the figures. While the concepts are heavily driven by my own personal life experiences, I do take creative inspiration from a few different artists.
