In this card-making workshop, each participant will create 6 greeting cards from unique and colorful kits premade by the instructor using stamping, die cutting, coloring, and embossing techniques. Participants will go home with two thank you, two birthday, and two friendship/thinking of you cards.
This workshop is appropriate for any craft skill level. No prior experience is required, ages 10 and up are welcome.
You’ll need an adhesive to assemble your cards. Double sided craft tape is $10 for a pre-filled dispenser, and refills are $5. Quick dry glue is $5. But if you forget yours, I’ll have basic adhesive you can borrow.
Sam Shaw is a high school English teacher by day, editor and assistant to the author Katie Cross by night, and crafter in between. She treasures any opportunity to share a calm and collaborative maker-space while helping people become more confident in their creativity.
