Creative Arts Therapy Workshop (Objects of Intention)

The New Year serves as an opportunity for reflection on the past year and anticipation for what is to come. Many take this time to set resolutions or intentions for goals or ways of being they would like to adopt in the months to come.

In this workshop, participants will use various media to create their own "object of intention" and participate in written processing and spoken discussion of their experience to gain a firmer understanding and grounding in their intention.

This workshop is a great introductory opportunity for anyone curious about directive-based Creative Arts Therapy groups.
