Calming Art Mini-Retreat (4 Hours)
Take a break from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through creativity. This calming, hands-on mini-retreat is designed to help you unwind, release stress, and explore simple artistic practices you can carry into your daily routine.
During this 4-hour experience, you’ll be guided through a variety of relaxing and accessible art techniques, including:
- Neurographic Art
- Zentangle
- Mandala Art
Each activity is designed to quiet the mind, encourage mindfulness, and help you tap into your creative flow—no prior art experience needed.
The retreat is led by Grace, an artist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Qualified Supervisor. Her passion for expressive, mindful art practices grew while working as an inpatient hospital social worker during the pandemic. She is also a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist and currently works with clients through the BetterHelp platform.
What to bring: Feel free to bring snacks, drinks, and any personal items or materials that help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
Come as you are, and leave feeling more grounded, creative, and refreshed.
