The Arc of Iowa and Creative Abundance invite Artists, Day Hab, Community Living, and HCBS Service leaders to explore a nationally recognized model called that transforms programs into creative, community-connected partnerships. This approach helps organizations build meaningful experiences for people with disabilities while strengthening sustainability and long-term impact.
Many programs are facing staffing challenges, funding pressures, and growing expectations for community integration. This training shows how creative partnerships and social enterprise thinking can help your programs move from maintenance to momentum.
