Creating with Christ is a monthly fellowship in the Word while connecting & growing with the Creator through creating!
Reignite your childlike faith by removing fear & getting out of your own way to collaborate with the Holy Spirit to try a new craft. Every workshop includes a creative activity to go with the Bible Study to bring the Word to life in a different way facilitated by Cherice @ChericeJames_

Bible Study: The Fruits of the Spirit & Creating
Main Bible Verse: Galations 5:22-23
Craft: Crochet Fruit Bible Charm or Bookmark
Beginner to Intermediate (pattern by @thefriendlyflamingo_)
Points for Reflection Before:
1. Do you ever have a desire to try new creative crafts but fear of not being good or overwhelm of learning something new stops you?
2. Do you get easily frustrated or upset when trying new things?
3. Do you often compare yourself to others who do the craft you desire to try & experience discouragement?
What You Will Learn:
- Creating a Foundation Chain
- How to 'Yarn Over'
- Count Stitches
- How to Read A Crochet Pattern
We will also premade kits for this workshop but if you have yarn that you'd like to use you are more than welcome to bring it. We will have crocheting needles as well, but if you have your own go ahead and bring them.
