Creating Tasks in an English Language Arts Thinking Classroom

Crafting Engaging Tasks will start with a facilitator-led discussion on task creation strategies and best practices for reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary, and fluency. Participants work in groups to brainstorm and create tasks for reading, writing, vocabulary, and fluency. We will then present examples of successful task implementation.

Pay via Invoice

If you need to pay for your registration via invoice, you may do so by selecting your ticket and then choosing the invoice option at check out.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made before the payment settles (usually within 24 hours) will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 75% refund.

Please note this event will be held in person. In the case of unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather or situations beyond our control), alternative arrangements will be considered. Thank you for your understanding and enthusiasm for our commitment to in-person engagement.
