About this Event

Audience: 3-8 Teachers, Administrators, and Instructional Coaches

As Indiana educators embark on the new ILEARN checkpoints and testing structure, Keep Indiana Learning wants you to know that we are here to support you! Join us as we break down the standards designated for each checkpoint, provide effective Tier 1 instruction that aligns with each standard at each checkpoint, and help you align your textbook and other curricular resources!

In this workshop, we’ll help you get ready for Checkpoint 2 in grades 3-8 in mathematics. We’ll provide you with Tier 1 instruction strategies that align with the 8 Effective Mathematics Teaching Practices and increase your mathematics content and pedagogical knowledge specific to the standards in this checkpoint. We’ll also guide you to understand how to include standards that will only be tested in the end of year summative ILEARN assessment. You’ll end the day armed with a plan to take back to your schools and classrooms to successfully implement the standards in Checkpoint 2!

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made before the payment settles (usually within 24 hours) will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 75% refund.
