The way of Kadampa Buddhism is to fully integrate our practice into our modern busy life, recognizing that meditation and daily life work together seamlessly. There are literally countless opportunities throughout our day for training our mind and stabilizing the good intentions of our meditation practice.
In this half-day course learn practical methods to increase the energy of our meditation practice and improve our concentration.
