About this Event
Creating Capacity: Parenting, Partnership & The Goldie Effect
What does it actually look like to keep showing up for your kids, your relationship, and yourself when life feels really full?
Join Jeff and Michelle, special needs parents and advocates, for an honest conversation about capacity: what drains it, what supports it, and how they’ve learned to create more of it in real life.
Through the lens of The Goldie Effect™, they’ll share stories and practical takeaways from their own experience with parenting, partnership, and caregiving, including:
- What capacity really means in everyday life
- What starts to break down when you’re stretched too thin
- Small shifts that can create more breathing room at home
- Ways to support your relationship while carrying a lot
This is not about having it all figured out. It’s about a real conversation, helpful perspective, and leaving with something you can actually take into your own life.
