About this Event
This time we will review the concepts of what abstract images are, I'll show some examples and then you will make your own abstract artwork.
You can be beginning in arts or have more experience to do this activity. This class aims to help thinking about some concepts when seeng or creating art pieces, and as always, to enjoy the process of art making, in our own style or as a way to find it.
For this activity you can have the art supplies that you prefer: any sort of pencils (graphite - colored), pastels (soft - oil), paint (watercolors, gouache, acrylics). Have a surface to draw or paint on, and all the necessary things for the media you choose (water conatainers, brushes, eraser, etc.)
If there is an image that you really like, you can bring it. It can be a classic painting or drawing as well as a photograph you have taken. Ayway I'll share some reference on the screen.

WAYS TO DRAW and Paint are a series of art classes online, especially for beginning + intermediate students and anyone who wants to learn different ways of drawing and painting, since there isn't only one, as there isn't only one way to do things in life. In each class we will be experimenting with different subjects and media: (i.e. graphite, colored pencils , pastels, charcoal, ball and fountain pens, markers, gouache, acrylics, etc.)
The classes are live on Zoom. I never repeat the contents. These classes are in English but a little Spanish can be spoken too.
