Welcome to "Living Purposefully: Understanding Your Karma," an empowering 4-week evening meditation series hosted at the Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Craighall Park. Based on the profound "Karma" chapter from Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s acclaimed book, How to Transform Your Life, this course offers a clear, scientific blueprint to understanding the spiritual law of cause and effect. You will learn how your past actions shape your current reality and, more importantly, how you can intentionally build a future filled with genuine peace and purpose.
The class consists of a guided meditation to relax the mind, a short talk on how we can add so much meaning and purpose to our life, and a meditation to take the teachings to heart and a tip on how to practice the instruction in your daily life.
